How it works
Every engagement starts with a free discovery call — to understand your situation and make sure we're the right fit.
Most clients pay a fixed fee. For selected Strategy engagements, I may also offer a results-based option: no upfront fee, with my fee calculated as 10% of the additional financial value you secure.
Something important is happening fast. You need to work out what to do next.
A focused 60-minute session to get clear on the situation, what you want, where your leverage lies and how to approach the conversation. We'll work through what's happening, pressure-test your options and decide your next move.
For situations where you need support quickly — usually within 1–2 working days. Payment in full secures your session. Non-refundable once booked; may be rescheduled with 4 hours' notice.
Book an SOS Session → Pay fixed fee — £500A critical conversation is ahead. You want to prepare properly.
Two one-hour sessions to build your negotiation strategy, with support between and after the sessions as the situation develops.
You'll leave knowing what you're trying to achieve, how you're going to approach it and what you'll do if the conversation doesn't go to plan.
Or results-based for selected engagements — ask on the discovery call.
Includes up to two months of email and WhatsApp support around this negotiation. Full payment secures your booking. Payment plan available on request. Non-refundable once booked; sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice.
Book a discovery callAbout Lucy
25 years across financial services and technology — including at Barclays and Oliver Wyman, co-founding a tech startup, and an INSEAD MBA — means I've negotiated from multiple perspectives: employee, leader, co-founder, supplier and customer.
What that experience also gave me was a clear view of what the standard negotiation playbook gets wrong for women. The same behaviour lands differently depending on who delivers it. The risks are real, they're documented in the research, and they're rarely acknowledged by employers, MBA programmes or negotiation training providers.
I built the framework I wish I'd had years earlier. My work is grounded in research, shaped by experience, and built for the reality women actually face — not the one we're told exists.
